By downloading, installing, registering, logging in and continuously using this service, you indicate that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this agreement, and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with any terms of this agreement, please stop downloading, installing and using this application and related services immediately. This agreement, together with the "User Privacy Policy", constitutes a complete service compliance document system, which is applicable to all client versions of this application and is compatible with the compliance requirements for distribution across all platforms and listing on app stores. I. Service Description: Through this application, we provide users with content browsing, functional interaction, media editing, device adaptation, message notification and related auxiliary services. We reserve the right to optimize, upgrade and adjust product functions, interfaces and service contents at any time. The optimized and adjusted services will remain in effect without separate notice. Major functional changes will be informed to users through in-app announcements, pop-up Windows and other means. We are committed to ensuring the stability, security and availability of our services. However, due to factors such as network environment, device status, system compatibility and third-party services, we cannot guarantee that the services will be absolutely trouble-free and uninterrupted. Users understand and recognize the inherent uncertainties of Internet services. Ii. User Account and Registration and Usage Rules 2.1 Account Registration and Usage Qualifications Users can complete account registration and login through compliant methods. The registration information must be true, legal and valid. You promise to have full capacity for civil conduct. Minors must use this service under the accompaniment, knowledge and consent of their guardians. The guardians shall bear guardianship responsibility for the minors' usage behavior. 2.2 Account Security Responsibility: Users must properly keep their accounts, login information, and device authorization status by themselves, and bear full responsibility for all operations, posted content, and usage records under their accounts. The risks and losses of the account caused by the user's own improper custody, lending of the account, abnormal device login, or human operational errors shall be borne by the user themselves. We shall not be held responsible for any related issues. If users discover any risks such as abnormal login, theft, or tampering of their accounts, they should promptly report them through our customer service channels. We will assist users in conducting security checks and handling risks. 2.3 Account Management and Cancellation Users have the right to apply for account cancellation independently. Once an account is cancelled, the authorization for this service will be terminated. We will clean and desensitize user data in accordance with the privacy policy. Before account cancellation, users need to back up their personal content, information and data by themselves. Data lost after cancellation will not be restored by us. Iii. User Behavior Norms: During the process of using the services of this application, users must abide by national laws and regulations, network security norms, and the terms of this agreement. They must not engage in the following violations: They must not use this service to publish, spread, or store content that is illegal, pornographic, vulgar, violent, terrorist, false, rumor-mongering, infringing, vulgar, inducing, or contrary to public order and good morals. It is strictly prohibited to maliciously boost traffic, manipulate data, register accounts in bulk, engage in malicious marketing, or harass other users. Do not crack, reverse engineer, tamper with or copy this application. Do not use cheats, scripts or illegal tools to interfere with the normal operation of the application. Do not attack, interfere with or damage our servers, networks, systems and service interfaces, or endanger the security of the platform operation. One must not use another person's identity, infringe upon another person's portrait rights, copyright, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests. You must not use this service to engage in any illegal or non-compliant commercial activities, fraud or any other activities that harm the legitimate rights and interests of us or third parties. If a user engages in any of the above-mentioned violations, we reserve the right to take measures such as content deletion, functional restrictions, account suspension, and service termination based on the severity of the violation, and we also reserve the right to pursue legal action against the relevant responsibilities. Iv. Content Intellectual Property Rights Rules 4.1 Platform Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights within this application, including interface design, text copy, ICONS, program code, functional architecture, service system, etc., are owned by us. Without our written authorization, no unit or individual may reproduce, disseminate, imitate, commercialize or conduct secondary development. 4.2 User-Generated Content: The intellectual property rights of the original content such as text, images, and videos published or uploaded by users through this application belong to the users. The user authorizes us to use, display and distribute the corresponding content within the necessary scope of the service for the purpose of realizing product service functions, content display and user interaction, without any additional commercial use. The user guarantees that all the content they post is either legally original or has been authorized, and there is no infringement. Any infringement disputes arising from the user's content shall be borne entirely by the user themselves. V. Privacy Protection Rules We strictly protect users' personal information and privacy security. The collection, use, storage, sharing, protection of users' personal information, and user rights, etc., are all strictly implemented in accordance with our "User Privacy Policy". The User Privacy Policy is an integral part of this agreement and has the same legal effect as this agreement. Vi. Description of Third-party Services This application may embed legal and compliant third-party services and tool components to support basic functions such as login, push notifications, statistics, and storage. All third-party services adhere to the corresponding privacy and service rules. When users utilize third-party derivative services, they must also abide by the relevant agreements and rules of the third party. We supervise the stability and security of the third-party services within a reasonable range, but we do not bear joint liability for the independent actions of the third party. Vii. Service Changes, Interruptions and Terminations: We reserve the right to adjust, optimize or upgrade the service content and functional rules in accordance with business development, compliance requirements and technological iterations. Due to system maintenance, version updates, network failures, policy requirements and other reasons, services may be temporarily interrupted or suspended. Users understand and have no objections. If a user is found to have committed serious violations, contravene laws, regulations or the terms of this agreement, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the service rights of such user. Viii. Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by laws and regulations, this service is provided "as is and as available", and we make no express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any losses caused by the user's own improper operation, equipment failure, network anomaly or third-party reasons. The user clearly understands that all risks arising from their own use of this service shall be borne by themselves. We shall not be held responsible for service abnormalities, interruptions or losses caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments, large-scale network failures, etc.). Ix. Special Provisions for Minors Minors should use this service under the knowledge, accompaniment and guidance of their guardians. Guardians are required to supervise the online usage behavior of minors and assume guardianship responsibilities. We will protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors in accordance with the law. If we find that minors are using or disclosing personal information in violation of regulations, we will cooperate with their guardians to handle the matter. X. Agreement Update and Validity: We may revise the contents of this agreement from time to time in accordance with the updates of laws and regulations, business adjustments, and compliance requirements. After the agreement is updated, users will be informed through in-app announcements, page prompts, and other means. Continuing to use the service after the update is deemed as consent to all revised terms. If any part of the terms of this agreement is determined to be invalid, it shall not affect the legality, validity and enforcement of the remaining terms. Xi. Dispute Resolution: All disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultation by both parties with priority. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction in the place where our entity is located. Xii.
